Enrollment Logistics with Downloadable Application

To enroll in classes or programs at Santa Barbara Bodyworks, Inc. the following three steps must be completed.

Application

You must fill-out and return an application along with a $100 non-refundable application fee. You must be at least 18 years of age, have a strong command of the English language (both written and oral), and have received a minimum of three professional massages prior to enrollment at Santa Barbara Bodyworks.

805-569-3230. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 12pm to 5pm.

Enrollment Agreement

You must come in to the office prior to the start date of the class in which you wish to enroll and fill-out an enrollment agreement. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Santa Barbara Bodyworks delineating the expectations of both parties.

Payment

If you are not paying your tuition in full, a down payment must be given, in addition to the non-refundable application fee, for the class in which you are enrolling. The remaining tuition will be broken up into monthly payments for the duration of your class. This payment plan is interest free and will be listed on your enrollment agreement.
